Everything is done to ensure that you have your order as soon as possible. Packages are dispatched within 24 to 48 hours after receipt of your payment from Monday to Friday on working days. Orders placed before 10 a.m. can be dispatched the same day.

You will receive a number by e-mail that will allow you to track the delivery of your package online.

Standard delivery is Monday through Saturday.

All payment information is transmitted using an encryption-based internet security protocol. SSL encryption notably protects credit card information and guarantees that it cannot be used by others.

The following payment methods are available on the online store: Credit card, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal.

You have two weeks to return your package. You can edit your return label through your online account, click on the ‘Save my return’ button in the shipping email you received or use the contact form.

After returning the item(s) to our warehouse, you will be credited within 30 days using the same payment method as when purchased.

For your return to be accepted and processed, please ensure that all items are returned in their original packaging and remain unused and in new condition. If a product has been personalised, it unfortunately cannot be returned.
